Based in Watford, UK, our family-run business offers a refined alternative to mass-produced desserts, using just six natural ingredients: egg yolks, double cream, sugar, and the freshest seasonal produce.

Inspired by the depths of Persian cuisine, the comfort of English classics and the intrigue of Pan Asian recipes, Chef Rob brings an unmatched palette to the world of frozen desserts. From the nostalgic thrill of Tutti Frutti made with real sweets, to sophisticated creations like Whisky & Honey and Pear & Gorgonzola.
