Our ice creams contains the basic ingredients of golden caster sugar, arrowroot, natural extract, eggs, double cream and the fresh flavour that we are incorporating into the ice cream. And also gluten free friendly.

FLAVOURS
Banoffee & Rum
Fresh bananas stewed in a toffee sauce to create richness, depth and colour makes our sumptuous flavour with rum and gives it warmth.
Orange
Real oranges are used with our secret ingredient. We even use orange rind to increase intensity. The result is intense flavour.
Hibiscus Flower
The Hibiscus flower is used in teas or enjoyed as a cold drink; used in ice cream it is mild and tart in flavour with a delicate red.
Cornish
Rich ingredients used to achieve creamy textured and luxurious ice cream.
Strawberry
Fresh Strawberries are sourced to ensure they are ripe and sweet and delicious in an ice cream. It is a favourite flavour amongst many.
Vanilla
Our creamy and delicious Vanilla ice cream has that rich consistency packed full of vanilla flavour and is one of our best selling flavours. It is delicate in taste but is yummy in equal measure.
Dark Chocolate
This is the most decadent ice cream as no cocoa powder is used. We use real chocolate in ensuring perfect taste and quality. If you want something rich, this flavour will satisfy your cravings.

We use Italian Roast, specially sourced for our coffee ice cream. Coffee lovers will adore this flavour because it is strong in taste but not overpowering. Just the right amount of coffee and it is very popular choice.

Our Ube & Coconut is a new flavour that we have created and taste amazing. Why not try out this bold flavour? It is not readily found on the market. It is rich and luxurious.
